You are VASTLY overestimating the danger of peasant rebellions. They are 100 percent peasant levy and in my experience can be easily defeated even with 2-1 odds.

Snap you seem to be knowledgeable regarding mods perhaps you can help me. If I remember in CK2 there was a game rule that made it so all titles were the same name ie. Counts dukes kings etc a specific person in India wouldn’t have a different title than someone from France. Do you know if there is any mod of that nature?

The more Game Rules mod adds a option called "AW - Landed Titles" if you set this to random all the De Jure titles in the game will be completely random, if thats what you mean
