The part about Braham bulls having different temperaments is so true. I went to a cattle auction when I was a teen that had a bull like this .He was a baby doll just like this one.But there was also a bull that was crazy it charged the ring pen and made it half way over the top before falling over backwards. The ring men opened the door to let him out of the ring .He was jumping the gates to the pens like they were nothing.The auction seating was packed if he had made it over people would have been seriously hurt.

@kathywilliamson1826 Жыл бұрын
@@Maggieroselee sorry you are ignorant.
@erikm8372 Жыл бұрын
This channel has a good intention though…unfortunately, ignorant and unprepared people purchase the animals. Also, there needs to be better regulations and background checks for purchasing. Vaccinations? Disease checks? There’s no telling what could be spread via these auctions. That’s why only the most qualified individuals should be allowed to have animals, including dogs and cats!! We barely have enough protections for them! In my mind, not all of these animals are bad choices for captivity AS LONG AS people know what they’re doing, Also, are these animals all bred in captivity? I hope they’re not wild-caught. The galah cockatoos? Ring tailed lemur? Questionable. Endangered. Hmmm. Some of these animals could be considered ‘livestock’ though, & do quite fine under human care, such as the kangaroos, wallabies, ostrich, rhea, emu, camels, yak, deer, other hoof stock, etc. Even the zebras, which are are pretty wild instinctively, can adapt to life on a farm… again, for someone with experience. However, I would have to question the auctioning of the fennec foxes, coatimundi, tamandua & baby spider monkey (and God knows what else…). Fennecs CAN make ok pets but only for people who KNOW what they’re doing. And the sloth, as long as they’re getting excellent care, they can also be pretty chill in captivity, Wouldn’t recommend it though.

I believe ostriches like fingers cause they look like earthworms to them. Lol. That bottle-fed baby coatimundi (or ‘coati’), Latin name _Nasua nasua_ are found in small numbers in the southwest US. Of course their strongholds are south of the border, especially México and further south. Many coatimundi are found in Costa Rica, Panama, Brazil, Colombia and Peru and Ecuador. But there are coatís in AZ in the Tucson area, as well as the Imperial Valley of CA, southern NM, and Western Texas. Also have been coati sightings in Corpus Christi and that border area, where nilgai are found!

Most of the time animals have a longer life expectancy in captivity. I understand a lot of ppl think wild is better but not always true. There’s no health care in the wild, food is harder to come by, parasites disease etc and after you make it through all that…. You get hunted and eaten anyway lol
