....been a fan for 4 years now. I'm an outdoorsman living in South Alabama U.S. in the Delta region. We enjoy Swamp Cabbage and is considered a delicacy in the American South. It is from the tender pulp of the Cabbage Palm and is quite delicious. Generally cooked down with stewed Tomatoes, Onions , Garlic and whatever spices you like. In Hope's that you will try this futurely. There are many recipes for its use... Thanks for staying true to your earthly mission of enjoying the great outdoors and the fruits that nature offers.
