i think that's mostly personal preference, you should just find a sensitivity you're comfortable with and get used to it. Survivals can help, just try to go for as many headshots as you can. Or use an aim trainer, if you want to bother using a different app for it.

I did this heist with non-silenced weapons outside. The only way you don't get caught is to always headshot and be at a distance. But when I got inside the compound, I pistol whipped the guards.
