This method still works. I found I had to experiment with different spots when initiating the glitch and where I stopped in order to get in the storage rooms.

Phone glitch is working for a basement it’s working and you really need to wait a bit before press W and Space(Jump) BUUUT BE CAREFUL. After your character jumped and teleported to a different place DO NOT MOVE. Because you are teleported INTO THE WALL, so you are literally standing in the wall and you can go in a wrong direction and you will return to a general basement location, not that room that you want to get into. Do not move. Instead look at the map and move into direction of blips of your targets (money/gold/painting). In this case you will definitely get into where you needed. First time I did the glitch I went back to a basement where is the lift. Funny thing is that no textures were loaded, so I was literally in nowhere, I didnt see any walls or anything else, only lift blue circle(thats how I got it that I am in general location, not in the closed one). So I had to go out of the basement and return back to force game load textures and then repeat the glitch again. Hope it will save someone from restarting the heist)

@@Vader-z3d ohh okay so the mechanic is simple, the reason we use the phone camera while taking cover, its to delay the jumping animation, so when we take cover, then quickly open the camera, then close it, then press W and Space Bar on the ledge, our character won't jump because we still on closing phone animation. so to further delay the jumping into the location we desire, keep opening and closing the phone like in the video, if we didn't open a camera for longer than 2 second, our character finally do the delayed jump we intended to do in the ledge sorry if my english are wrong or hard to understand, english isn't my first langguage XD

They also patched the swim out of bounds to finish the mission, did everything perfect, 2 million in the bag, dirtbike off the ramp into the ocean and no matter how far i swam out it didnt take me back. Edit: I swam too far down, you need to stay a bit closer to the surface.

Some of the comments imply this is patched or doesn't work. they are wrong I just pulled it of myself. The reason it seems patched is because its very hard to do first try. I mean you have to (in this order) press *q up up Esc up space up up esc left down enter esc*. It took me 3 hours just to do it the first time... the second time took me 4 minutes... its just muscle memory.
