No red indicator line on our swab sticks, pink liquid in the sample bottle. Hard to register on their website. Had to phone nhs coved helpline, they did it for me. Envelopes too sticky ,be careful when placing plastic bag into outer envelope as mine stuck and I couldn't seal it properly . All in all not very good, I can't understand why we have to use one swap for nose and throat, can't be hygienic
