The first subpoena for Nathan Wade he hid from the server and it couldn't be given to him with Nathan hiding out with Fanny. The paid court server couldn't find Wade anywhere so Jim Jordan drew up a new one and this time handed it over to the U.S. Marshalls department and Nathan was served that same day...
