I am pretty sure the hostage told the cops the radio channel bc if u think about it there is no way they could have read it since they had no one in their custody to do so. But Randy said the radio channel infront of the hostage before bobcat so thats probably how they got it.

@@exlipsi5451 It actually does since cops have 6 channels i am pretty sure which they are always on so these channels are encrypted since any crim can get a radio get on channel 1 or 2...etc and listen to the cops but since cops buy their radios from PD a crim should be able to after downing a cop to steal his radio abs he should be able to listen to cops as the PD radio should have bypass code to surpass the encryption but it would have to be with certain rules like crims can only use the PD radio during the fight when it ends they have to throw it out bc it would be too OP imo (since cops have limited channels).

The biggest thing about this being bullshit though is that crim radios don't have any range so they cant hear shit, but if a cop gets on their radio channel they can still hear everything and don't have the range limits, which is utter BS given how radios work IRL. (Basically the one receiving doesn't do shit its all about how well the other persons radio can transmit, so Croc shouldn't be able to hear them clearly when they're no where near him)
