The nfl left him off the all time team for cryin out loud, probably the biggest snub on there. '06 season was one of the best by any cb all time (10 picks on 35 pass attempts his way) and he has the most pro bowls of any db (12! Dude went to a whole dozen pro bowls! at corner!!!) all time nobody was as good for as long as he was but he was on a bunch of bad teams and didnt talk shit/make scenes so nobody cares lol

He could do it all at the highest levels, coverage, tackling, run support, even played safety. I know Deion is most ppls guys but give me champ any day of the week.

Some people did some stuff better, deion had the return game, i think revis prime years he clamped a *little bit harder than champ, but no one was as good all around for even close to as long, dude was a top 3 guy maybe top 5 at worst for a decade.

I lived in Denver and watched a lot of Bronco games. Champ Bailey made a lot of plays and was active but he also got toasted deep a lot. He is overrated if anything. He was not very good over the top. He was a lot better at a team read defense type scheme. He had some years where they did not throw at him but the Broncos had some really big gaps in other places at that time.

Revis had a great prime and his 09 season was one of the best but imo it doesn't compare to Bailey 2006 season. Revis played on the #1 rank D. Champ has never played on a #1 rank D in his whole career. He miss out on being part of the 2015 Broncos.
