Randy Jackson420 Of course he overstrummed, but do you even understand what an FC is? It doesn't mean an absolutely perfect run, it just means you've got the max combo possible in a song. Overstrumming before the first note or after the last note doesn't change whether or not it was an FC. If the highest note streak is the same as the number of notes in a song, it's an FC, because the note combo can't get any higher, hence the "Full Combo".

It is an FC (Full Combo) you can slow the video to 0.25 speed at the end and see that he retains his streak until the last note, and after the last note he has an extra strum. That's irrelevant though because after the last note you can strum 20 times for all anyone cares because the song's over and you've already gotten the full combo (FC)
