Hey Randy - I started watching you when you did your Ireland/Northern Ireland food challenges since I'm from Belfast and live in San Diego - I'm very impressed by the way. I had a question - when you do one of these challenges do you go a significant amount of time between eating and choosing or needing to eat again? Now THIS is a barbecue challenge I would LOVE to try!! NO pork in sight, and some really healthy sides!! You DID take a long time with this, but I'm sure it was worth it! Well done!! Although the idea you had of doing the short ribs last was probably not the best...flavour fatigue must have hurt you! Probably could have had a bit of the salad or coleslaw along with them! Can't wait for the next video...this is another of my FAVOURITE videos of yours!
