I have been watching your channel for many years now .! And I’ve lost 176 Lb kinda when I got covid I couldn’t exercise for a long time and I just had to eat what I could instead of eating my normal 1300 to 1600 cal but I end up just started eating junk which led to 3800 4000cal rabbit hole. Now I’m back 294.8 goal of 200lb As I’m 6.5 feet and i eat at 11:00am and eat at either 6PM or 7pm I never eat breakfast. Do you think I should drink my brunch like smoothies, or keep doing what I’m doing I just feel like I need to add more vegetables and fruit. I didn’t get that the first time I lost all that weight. I crave all that stuff now.!

To lose weight you need to be at a slight caloric deficit, just under what it takes to maintain so your body is forced to use its reserves. When you hit just below your goal you can start to increase along with physical activity.
