I love this dessert and make it but have got 2 problems: at times the quantity of gelatin to liquid used gets disturbed. Made it in a bundt pan, wanted to overturn but didn't happen as it was somewhat liquidy. 2ndly adding condensed milk doesn't let the liquid remain pure white. It adds a light beige color to my liquid which doesn't let the jelly colors stand out more prominently.
