I think you have to deflect of someone else whilst still looking at the person you want to hit, you can’t deflect then target swap to hit

You have to stay locked in to the target that you want to hit with ranged heavy, and then you need to deflect someone else externally, then u have to land the kick and throw the ranged heavy, it should follow your target, you have to stay locked in on the same person for the whole time
