Great video, recently bought a flat in Chatham and we have a Powermax 140, noisy machine indeed and just had the Wiser Smart Thermostat and Hub installed. If you cover Kent area we would love for you to service our boiler if it ever comes up with any issues. We've left the water on cause its thankless system and controlling the heating via the app when we need it etc.

Hello May I ask you? why my powermax 155 burned 3 amp fuse and when I replaced fuse again cuts the power in 30sec. Doesn't show any live. Thank you Thank you

Sadly discontinued, but cetltd.com will fix yours if you post it to them.

The newer he models fans are still available widely online and I don't mean e Bay etc

My powermax 155x makes singing noise like in your other video. If I touch the spinning fan blades, the singing noise becomes lounder,is it a failing fan or the gas valve?

Hi James, it's impossible to tell. The singing noise is fixed on various Powermax boilers by a wide selection of different things. You just have to try a few and see what works.
