I have a great 1983 Range Rover 4 door I bought in a garage sale 10 years ago as well as a 1960 Triumph TR3A I bought 34 years ago. Both superior British engineering. They just go and if needed parts are easy to get on eBay etc.

I remember the first generation Range Rover. The first time I saw one in the USA, I thought it was a Toyota Land Cruiser. I wish I could say that I've ridden in one, but I found it more attractive than the Land Cruiser. Today, I find it more attractive than what's being offered.

it was a suv before suv was a thing.... I drive a Westminster Range. Best vehicle! Same price you can buy a Lambo or Ferrari.....its the class that holds me in Range!

Sadly, the only things preventing me from buying one are that and being broken more often then on the road :D

Overdrive I bought a nearly rust free 1992 RRC over a year ago and have daily driven in ever single day and hasn’t been in the shop yet. Granted I have done some upgrades. 2” suspension lift and steering bars and ball joints. But these truck are tanks if you treat them right.

Nice. Remember Americans it's a 4x4 not an SUV.

I had an 1978 2-Door and loved it. Nice Film, but what I really did not like, was that at 3:49 you cut off seeing the RR driving through that ditch and showed that coil spring. Was it that impossible to show some seconds more how the RR drives through the ditch?

Nice misleading title, as this is nothing about the history of the Range Rover. It's a dealer promotional video.

My boss owned one he said for 50,000 it was a great car but after that it broke down on a weekly basis any way he ended up getting a Landcruisorer while in Africa on safri but

The Land Cruiser is a lot more reliable than the Range

Overdrive all you need to do is scroll down the comments and sooner or later you will find the Toyota fan watching Land Rover videos and commenting on how great the Toyota is and how their mates next door neighbours uncles 2nd wife had a Land Rover and it was unreliable! How's does this sound? My mates brothers best mate sister husband had a Land cruiser and it was unreliable, he drives a Land Rover now!!!
