Started up my old MGRV8 without the exhaust on and recorded it; awesome noise! Pity that I haven't got the phone anymore. That had a running issue as well. New coil pack sorted it.

it wont rev properly the spider keeps holding the float shut you pissed him off.

Try running it with the air flow unplugged, it should revert to a base map but will run better without it if the airflow meter is faulty
