I will have this great car one day! My god i am flattered by its offroad capabilities. It is something else. LANDROVER SPORT = GREAT OFFROADER
@scarmenl11 жыл бұрын
That is my point exactly. You can also get the diesel to out perform the hot gas engine that they put in them. So you can have the best of both worlds.

Well, this was a first view, for me anyway. AMAZING idea! This video should get many many views. Wow. Driving a vehicle thru a plane. Fantastic.

I'm not British and I'm certainly not against German cars, but I like the RR Sport more than the ML, the variety of X's and Q's and certainly the Cayenne (not my thing at all). Is it better? On some points maybe, on some points probably not, but I don't care. The RR Sport appeals more to me, that's all I care for and I'm not going to bash other cars because of it. It's very capable off-road (proven by quite some vids lately), but these guys focussed on the 747 deal, which is quite cool imho.

My favourite part of this video was getting an appreciation of how enormous a 747 really is when you can drive through it with a Range Rover, lol...

This is a 2014 Sport, not a 2013.

What a cool way to test the newest Land Rover.

This thing performs very well, but I'd pass on the looks. Also, until the reliability returns I don't think this car can be taken seriously. One of the best vehicles in the world for the first 1-2 years of ownership though.

Only noticable fact: It most definitely has the back of the Evoque.

This is one very handsome and seriously capable car, very desirable too but it would get spanked by a Porsche Cayenne Turbo on the road and very nearly matched by it off road, but let's be honest who on earth is gonna by a super expensive SUV like this (or the Porsche) with it's super plush interior, to go 'off-roading'? I'll tell you who NO-ONE! Still, nice to know you could do it if the mood took you. ;-) Love it! I'd have either one!
@sham8nix11 жыл бұрын
Love to have a go at that!

because a range rover is better than all of those for offroading and driving around town or on the motorway. if you want a fast suv, then by all means get a cayenne turbo or an x5m

For my VW, 40% came from Germany and I believe 60% from Holland and was assembled in America. Am sure that the parts from Europe out weigh parts from Japan and China. Then I believe few things come from the US.

If I buy a Range Rover you better believe I am taking it off road especially if I end up paying upwards of 100k for it cause if i dont i would be end up wasting half of that money. How?? I would be just pay for glamor I paying for the ruggedness too so I might as well use it.
@scarmenl11 жыл бұрын
What gripes me is the fact that in Canada I can't even order one with a diesel engine. I can get the gas sucking big gas engine but no diesel. What a crap deal! does nobody understand that you can get amazing performance from a diesel in this day and age?

i already own a audi A6,Jaguar XF 3.0 n a ducati diavel and many other cars. indians can afford everything n thts y u ppl are jealous. weneva we outsmart brits n americans at sumthin all u guys hav to say is "look at the poverty" it doest matter if ur black,white,indian or american.all tht matters is money n how rich you are! poor ppl envy rich

Jealousy is a bit of an extreme term here. The poverty problems that India faces (and probably always will face) are enough to make sure that no-one in a Western country will ever be jealous of Indians. The things India is doing or hopes to do in the future are certainly commendable and impressive but the fact that it completely ignores how poor the overall populace is always looks bad on a world stage

British Tech British Engineers British workers (30,0000) Could this be done in India ?
@Olliebobalong11 жыл бұрын
Mhm. Well considering Land and range rovers and Jaguars are entirely designed, engineered and built in Britain, and India has no influence other than finance, the credit goes to Britain. So yeah. If I buy a box of Lindt chocolates, that doesn't mean Lindt is an English company because an English person has bought the item.

You must do it now before Dodge or Ford does!!

Seriously, I doubt Toyota have a longer life than a Land Rover. Personally, I would rather own a European car rather than one from Asia.

Well,I think we should stop arguing about which country makes this car as every part of the car is obtained from different parts of the globe.Also,this is not a place to demean each others' countries.we should commend the engineers and designers for coming up with a good product such as this(hope they have sorted out the reliability issues that crib these Land Rovers).BTW,this review sucks!

I still dont like this range rover sport and I dont get why ppl make it seem like the best car in the world. if u r British or an anti "Nazi" I can understand but except that why not buy a cayenne or even a touareg if u dont have the money for a Porsche. Or a ML or X5 X6...so many better choices..even a ugly Q7, ok maybe not a Q7 :D
