Land Rover is a true off-road not those fake-expensive ones aka BMW, Porshe & Mercedes.

Did the airbag light come on? Also did the keyless go stop working? Finally did the abs light flash? It's a monthly joy which happens to mine but I still love it!

Beats walking 999 steps. Rear tyre pressure looked quite low, I wonder if that was deliberate to help grip or if that was just because of the weight transfer.

OK so nice Video - what it does not say it that your DPF will get clogged up and need replacement 3500 GBP and then the side effect will be a block EGR and filter at a cost of 2200, and this is with only 50,000 miles on the clock. I have written to JLR three times asking if this is expected Behaviour and they have not replied. I have also phoned them. Very poor design NEVER buy a JLR it will cost you big time.

This is CGI. Its very good but it is is also clearly CGI(In this case 2 filming locations cut into one). I'm amazed no one else seems to notice. There are countless places where it is obvious but the most obvious is 4:50 . Put the playback speed to slowest and notice the movement of his helmet after the hard landing. It quickly drops down and then pops back up just as quickly and then stops exactly where it was before without any more rebound or compression. There is always more movement than that, always another rebound and compression. It also shows his body compress by about 4"! that is a huge amount for a torso to compress into a car seat! 4:56 his body doesn't compress for the first bump but compresses 4" for the second..and why are there 2 distinct compressions for the front of the car when there should only be one? And then he is shown turning while driving into the next stair case...turning that much while the tires are under so much load would cause the car to turn abruptly. 5:09 head rest shaking awkwardly 5:13 safety cables no longer attached 5:35 how does the middle undercarriage not hit? Why does the front suspension bottom out from braking forces alone? The helmet is CGI the exterior is a separate film. The exterior shots are on location with the landrover imposed with CGI. They filmed a landrover from similar angles doing similar stunts to recreate the suspension characteristics. They did extensive filming from multiple angles to input realistic reflections in the CGI of the landrover, helmet, and exterior shots. They use skewing and animation tricks to create the vibration effect on the driver from the stairs, however you can notice that the frequency of vibration does not match the stair count, it is about 1 fake bump per 5 steps. There is not one other video showing this stunt yet look how many people are shown watching from the bottom. There is also no clear single shot from landrover showing this stunt. This really shows how gullible people are to good CGI. But I am also amazed that landrover would deceive people like this. They actually made fake "onlooker" videos too, all in 240p, ofcourse.

@@unknowncode5148 could you find a single point of "bs" in my long as hell post? if so why didn't you point anything out? You are so certain yet I point to many things with clear and precise explanation.. i dont often do this, it is just a really interesting video to me and I enjoyed writing out my thoughts on this occasion.
