You know what i feel happens sometimes? They intend to help, but when they take you to your destination and realize how unrewarding being a decent person feels, it makes them say fuck it and risk it all. I did it once at school when i was like 8 or 9. I found $40 on the ground and was gonna go turn it in to the principals office. When i got there there was a long line which was long enough for me to think about the shitty reward i get for being good.The reward would have been me getting praised over the intercoms in the morning. So i decided $40 was better than getting a false sense of achievement.
