Great Video, as usual, guys. I had so many things to do, so, I, unfortunately, once again, had to miss The Live Chat. I think that Peter Laviollette has The Rangers playing with a really different mindset, as if they're both playing each game as if it were 0-0 & Game 7 (tied 3-3) in The Stanley Cup Final. Anthony & Mark, I think that, although Anthony is right, the better of the 2 is "Missed Hit," I believe that "Miss Hit" is also OK, but, neither of you mentioned that it should've been instead, the Jacob Trouba's Hit. LOL. I'd have to agree with Anthony's Analysis about The Carolina Hurricanes having problems with The Islanders' Power Play & now their meeting a better than mediocre Power Play with The Rangers. By the way, even though I said it last night, it'd been A Great Big Apple Hockey & Rangers Central show.

I see from Filk's gestures on The Pre-Promo Islanders' RW question, it's A Round Lay-Up. LOL. However, I think that the answer/Beer Anthony gave might have thrown him a curve - LOL

While I would normally agree with you, Marc, about going to 1 Goalie, rather than platoon, I think that The Islanders were the exception. The reason that I say this is, Sorokin struggled this season & with all of the problems they had, Sorokin & Varlomov were 2 of their Best Players. I don't know if I'll get flack, but, I'd like to know your views & especially Anthony's.

Joel Quennville won 3 Stanley Cups with Chicago & was on a good run with Florida before the Chicago /Kyle Beach had made him step down. I guess that other than that, you'd have to go with Peter Laviollette & John Cooper.

I think that it was Anthony that made an excellent point about The Carolina Hurricanes are getting A Dose Of Their Own Medicine in complaining that The Rangers are diving, when they were doing it in the series against The Islanders.

Oh. Marc. On The Henrik "The King" Lundqvist, not only is he called The King because he's The Best Rangers Goaltender Ever (& I saw Giacomin and Villemeur play), but, remember that he played On Horrible Teams at Both Ends Of His Career (I remember how I had thought that Josef Balej was going to be A Great Player) & he turned out to be A Dud. The King didn't have the best of teams. The best team that he had was The 2014 Rangers, that, ironically, got beat by Jonathan Quick. Let me know what you think

I think that you guys left out 1 vital thing about Sheldon Keefe question & it ironically ran into the next topic. PLD criticism is what likely got his Coach, Todd McClellan fired. Can you really imagine Sheldon Keefe trying to split up, bench or something other of The Core Four (which is Toronto's version of Mount Rushmore - LOL, if it weren't so true). Therefore, while I think that criticism is warranted, we have to consider if Shanahan & he Govern The Players Or Vice Versa. While I get your point, Filk, about New Jersey Devils not wanting him, he'd likely have Free Reign & more leeway from A Team That Stuck With Lindy Ruff. Let me know what you think & if my comments have made you rethink it.

Filk. You know that I never said that I did or didn't want Peter Laviollette & was happy when they hired him. The only thing that I said, was, that I thought that they'd hire from within, to not make a Mike Sullivan or like mistake. This is why, along with, his stepping in for David Quinn & the fact that he had coached players with Hartford Wolf Pack, etc., that I had said Kris Knabloch (who helped to turn around The Edmonton Oilers, so far). I'm still worried about facing them, if both of these teams face each other in The Stanley Cup Finals. Let me know if we agree on this.

Seriously, I think that the only team that can & will give the Contract Mitch Marner is going to want is My Other Favorite Team, Chicago Blackhawks. The question is if Chicago has something, that is not Connor Bedard or Seth Jones, Toronto wants.
