If true Tav might not necessarily be off .. It might be an excuse to drop him for games . Whereas before it was kind of frowned apon to drop the captain esp a long serving one . But for me I don’t don’t think it would be same for him if he stayed afterwards. A big slap in face so more than likely be off …

We will know soon enough . Rumours of houses for sale and kids not being enrolled in schools next year abound . Rumours of Al Ettifaq interest . Now the armband has slipped allegedly from Captain Tav to Jack Butland . If I was a betting man ..I would say Tavisofski before season starts . Yes he's at training he likes to keep fit and he is a Rangers player till the paperwork is complete.

Clement isn't showing any bottle , he knows he's off to Saudi and Butland has been good but with only the captain being allowed to talk with the referee I'd say it should be Sterling who should be captain

Now did he get stripped? Or did he hand it back because he’s going to Saudi? No matter what it was this is a great step, should have happened years ago. He’s never been fit enough to be a captain, especially when he hides from the fans. I’d like a captain who can come out after a loss and explain why rangers weren’t good enough, tav hides and gives the usual I’m disappointed we couldn’t blah blah blah. I’m happy this has happened. Been a long time coming

NOT A CHANCE do I ever want our Keeper, whomever it would be.... to BE Captain, no way ! How can a keeper berate an attacker when stuck back in the goal ??? New Rules are showing that ONLY THE Captain of a side is Allowed to be chatting/queerying with the Referee over decisions made on the park..... we cannot Have our Keeper running all over the pith asking this or that of The Referee ???? Madness, if true, so I'm doubting this news.
