Why do we connect CHWS pipe line in bottom of the cooling coil and CHWR pipe line in top of the cooling coil.. comment your answers

CHWR has warmer water than CHWS, as warmer water has lower density it will be easily go up so load on pump will automatically reduces

The air which remove from the cooling coil is cold and if we connect the cwrl the that air become hot. Hence reduces efficiency of Ahu. However we connect cwsl.

Chilled water is supplied from bottom so that the coil runs full of water, it will advace slowly filling the pipe completely....if we supply it from top, water will rush through the coil downwards and the water may not have full contact with the pipe surface leading to lesser heat exchange.

Pressure gauge ke thirmovell me Glisreane liquivid dalte hai, normal tempreture ki jagah. Ager zyada tempreutre hai to selicon liquivid dalte hai. Ye pressure ki wajah se huwe vibration ko control karta hai jisse accurate reading le ja sake. Sath hi ye gauge ke parts aur dial ko bhi kharab hone se bachata hai.

Warm water rises due to its lower density compared to cooler water. By placing the supply pipe at the bottom, the warm water enters the coil and naturally rises as it absorbs heat from the air passing over the coil This rising motion helps maintain a consistent temperature gradient, enhancing the heat exchange process

The CHWS always be connected to the bottom side of AHU because we have to filled the pipe lines maximum by the chilled water and there is no air vapor existing during the CHW circulating. also its helps to make a proper cooling due water resist to up side and absorbed to all heats.

Ahu ke bottom se child water suply hum isliye conect krte hai heat transfer jo ho wo better tarike se heat transfer ho dusra child water suply ata hai child water se air me heat transfer ho jab hamara child water ata hai to wo cooling coil se feel hote hue ata hai isliye niche se child water suply ko conect krte hai agar hum upar se conect krege to wo crevety se child water direct niche aa jyega Or wo cooling coil ki contect me jyda der nhi rah payega isliye niche se child water suply line ko niche se conect krte hai

Chilled water pipe connect from bottom because it takes time to return due to time delay the cooling efficiency is good. if we connect from top it passed very fast because of this cooling will be affected.

If you are using PICV valve at AHU connection, You don't need balancing valve. PICV valve self balanced water flow and regulate flow like 2-way valve

Chilled water pipe neeche isliye hoti hai kyuki, chilled water me moisture ( more weight) and return water pipe ka weight kam hota hai. ( less moisture ) , isliye water ka circulation ache se ho. Please reply I'm right or wrong.. I'm new, (fresher) .
