play fleet, try to trade if he uses spells on wave randomly. If youre just struggling 1v1 try to stay healthy and look for skirmishes with your Jungler / Support or roams cause youre alot stronger than Viktor in either situation.

I like having higher movespeed and Im fine with playing this build with low attack speed. I dont think berserkers are necessary

This crit build ruined akshan and kinda made him less skilled. Playing for lategame fullcrit into perma w and abuse rapid fire shots from stealth is really boring gameplay. Just my opinion
