I've always loved how Azir's kit essentially mirrors his identity perfectly as an emperor. It's all about zone control and keeping people locked down, and I think that's one of the reasons he's such a hard champion because his kit relies so much on zoning people away from positions where they want to be at, especially during the laning phase. He requires crazy game knowledge and matchup awareness to pull of well.

Thanks for this bro, one note I have is that by introing the video as minions spawn you end up not giving your thought process on your plan for laning and first 2 levels wave & trade strategy I find that the first 2 levels can dictate how a lane will go, esp hitting 2 first

hey body, i've been LOVING your content soo far, helped me a lot to bring back shurima to it's former glory what do you think about nashor first item? with presence of mind and manaflow band i find myself never going oom, and i can stack lethal tempo/conq much faster

After going 0/2/4 I learned that if you get a ridiculous cs advantage, kda is irrelevant cause you just split and there’s nothing the enemy team can do after you get nash + mythic

GG man, I love playing Azir too, I'm currently Diamond 1 trying to hit challenger. Do you think you can hit challenger as otping Azir? Or it's better to play some more hyper carry champs like Twitch / Evelyn etc that are really good in solo q?

can definitely hit challenger otping azir, it will definitely help your climb tho if you can play a good twitch and eve for when you're off role too

u afk farm till u have ur mythic spike and play skill shot dodge simulator then u can try to poke and go for all-ins

I dont know why but i decided to start playing Azir and probably “main” him if i see some improvement over time, this was helpful but i hear many comments like “Too hard, not strong, falls behind other mid laners” etc. but i dont know, currently i am emerald 1 so im gonna play some normal draft picks to get a bit better before hopping in ranked games. How much time do you think im gonna need to learn the fundamentals? Your reply would be appreaciated

comet sux, Q is too nerfed and costs too much mana

If you want a strong rune that isn’t Lethal tempo or conqueror use Hail of blades. Very good early and decent late. But comet is bad.

when do you buy crown? i know ludenst is against squishy teams and liandrys for tankier teams. is crown for the inbetween? like a renekton top, kayn jungle, akali mid , and lucian nami bot?

Do you think HoB would also work well? Because I play lots of HoB on Azir, but I always see you play Lethal Tempo; which I know is good, I don't know why but I just prefer HoB xD. But is Lethal Tempo honestly better?

HoB works pretty well with azir, i tried it many times. if u want more burst capabilities go hob. overall for safe plays i go for lethal.

Depends on the match up but you can go hail of blades+scorch against assasins or melee for high kill potentional. But lethal is still better in most cases.
