bcs its chinese superserver. in china, tencent is responsible of lol, and has around 30 servers, bcs of that competition and a skill ceiling on w singular server is very low. bcs of that, they have a superserver, on which u can create an account only ifnu have masters on any other server. u can tell if hes playing on ss bcs only on ss there are ranks under tab. diamond on ss is top 3% of ss and to be on ss u need to be top 1% on different server so hes in top 0.03% of china, which is around normal gm lvl
