hey potent i have been enjoying a lot of fiora in the new season but i always hated not having a lot of ad so i thought why not go bloodthrister the build : ravenous hydra, trinity force, deaths dance and if they have ap then hexdrinker then malmoritus, bloodthirster and a pot what do you think?

BT is a good item with ravenous hydra, it has just insane regen and can make u sustain so much longer, but maybe not in 6th item, 5 could be great depending on the situation, like hydra -> shojin/trinity -> death dance/malmortius, then either more tankiness or BT if you want to sustain.

I do it second or third item after rav the Regen is so good especially when you are snowballing. You can 1v3 side lanes like no other

i don't think so, in some matchups, u need conq or pta for the dmgs, but it should works for some hard matchups, like range.

he has a lot more french viewers than english viewers, so he decided to mainly stream in french, i'm not sure but i think he still does english streams sometimes, sometimes he speaks in english when an english streamer raid him but that's it.
