Probably bruisers like Yasuo or Irelia since it's hard to poke them due to their dashes, Yassuo's passive shield and windwall, Irelia's W and Q sustain, and it would be hell if they build tanky items since they could still deal a ton of damage just from their overall stats.

Mages aren't a problem for Fizz since he has a high base magic resist stat so the only champions you should worry about are those that can deal attack damage or those that can dodge/reduce your main sources of damage.

Remember that no matter how good/bad of a match up it may be for Fizz, you will always need a good jungler.
