The answer is; every champ can be disabled thru champ select, every champ can be made unplayable. The best pilots of those champions can do their best to make them work however.

I finally made it to Emerald 1 by watching ur videos, thanks for the videos bro, i Got some Nice winning streaks and now i find it hard in emerald i just want to hit Diamond which was my goal and im so close, i feel like i play very good and i try my best, but its so hard and now im losing and have issues, do u have any advice on what i should do to get to Diamond
