Start item is matchup dependent. But if I'm going first strike then I would be in a matchup where I wouldn't take much DMG that's why I usually have long sword start

@@jgdiff1493 lb is only an issue in laning phase you out scale her in team fights. Just go second wind and overgrowth doran shield start. Irelia is worse than yasuo but way less popular so I go with yasuo ban
