Nilah has NO range skill or auto atack , So We need Flexiable for Her , go in and go out with out Lossing any HP

E base damage is higher early on and q only gets value with more ad. Also having ur e on a shorter cooldown allows for more trading opportunities/kills.

Yea i it seems wierd, i get it lowers cd and higher base damage and so on, but most trades i see, they use e on a minion or frieldy champ, so the damage gets lost there no?

@@greggen4033no engage support, then nilah has no choice to do that but typically maxing e first on nilah is better because of reasons stated above.
