Yes, its high elo you have to play around the jungler. But the being able to not solo lose you lane when the jungler is not playing around you is something they are good at as well. Im sure every jungler know to play around him though.

I mean thats rank 1 in the super server fyi. to get into the super server you need to atleast be dia2 basically everyone in the super server are the creme of the crop .
