@@therealmvp1639 Elec is better in most cases, I have a doc of ehat to go against what champ in my disc if you were interested since I can't just name every champ in here though I'll say you can do conq and elec both almost every game the same amount and still perform, conq more since it's more versatile but still

he’s a horrific champion for low elo imo. he’s one of the hardest champions in mid lane and it’s very easy to be useless on him. he has bad waveclear and you’ll be melee vs ranged most games. he’s also too versatile; he gives you too many options to choose from in terms of your decision-making. there are much more linear champions for learning the game with in low elo that take much less effort than sylas for greater reward. save sylas for like emerald+, you’ll thank yourself later.

@@SIMPLYDEVON you're going for very skill-intensive, highly mechanical champions, which tend to be very hard to play and require a lot of time investment - that's why a lot of the good players that play those champs (zed, irelia, yasuo, etc.) are one tricks and only play that champion. Sylas and Akali not so much, they can be played with a normal champion pool, but they are definitely not "low elo champions" if you aren't putting a lot of time into them. Generally considered low elo champs are champs that are easy to execute mechanically and have a very clear goal. Malzahar, Brand and Veigar are 3 mid laners considered to be very good for low elo but very bad for high elo, because they have very clear objectives that are easy to execute (but also easy to execute at high elo). Malzahar wants to R someone, Veigar wants to stun and R someone, Brand takes advantage of the 5v5 fiestas, etc. Naafiri is a good assassin for low elo if you dig that kind of champion, as it's much less mechanically challenging than other assassins, and has a pretty clear and simple kit. Those are some of the considered "low elo champs" but that doesn't mean you can't play other mid-laners like Syndra, Viktor, Sylas, Neeko, etc. It's all a matter of intention; if you really love Sylas then go for it, but do it knowing that you're probably nerfing yourself by trying to climb on a hard champion when you could be climbing on an easy one until you develop the game sense and mechanicas that are needed to play sylas.

​@@SIMPLYDEVON if you can't choose your champion there is your guide: Play the champ you like most If you want some other advice for low elo: Play champs that can perma fight + strong late game for example: fizz vex, naafiri, leblanc, veigar But play the most fun champ

I would say he gets better the higher you go since he's very skirmish heavy champ and low elo junglers don't fight over as much as high elo junglers. That said I think Elec (or even Conq) + Ignite and If you can snowball you can still carry most games, although you will still need at least 1 other person doing okay since Sylas is still prone to CC into getting one shotted if enemy is giga ahead.
