Definitely would recommend looking into the Volcanic Train variant of the deck. The Volcanic engine benefits greatly off of the field spell because you can discard Shells in your hand to net more advantage or Reload to get it in grave to set up the Scattershot play to Raigeki your opponent's board and burn them for 1500. While I don't think they are as strong or consistent as your Shaddoll trains, I still think it is a very fun and explosive variant that can put a lot of pressure on the opponent when you add up all the burn damage that can come from cards like Gustav Max, Scattershot, Rail Car, Ring of Destruction, and so on.

I LOVE the train archetype! I think it's so cool to have really high level monsters (above the standard 3-8 we usually see). I would recommend a copy of Exodius to maybe recycle some of the trains? I know you mentioned it's dead most of the time, but I think it's fine as a one-of tbh.

Also, Malefic Cyber End, metal reflect slime are pretty good to run if you want to play pure trains. Inferno Reckless summoning can summon all of your derricranes. AND WHERE THE HELL IS SUPERDIMENSIONAL ROBOT GALAXY DESTROYER

Personally am not a big fan of the Shaddolls build IMO. I like the Machina engine build with 3 Gearframes and 3 Fortress (Gearframes can equip themselves to most of the Rank 10s for extra protections, and Fortress can be used as a discard folder for Switchyard and can use the Trains as discard folder if needed to be) which allows me to play a Rank 7 build. I also threw in Malefic Cyber End Dragon in the deck, along with a playset of Tragoedia (which helps me make Rank 10s easily and can protect me from OTKs, despite not playing any Maxx Cs in the main; I can also use it to turn it into a level 7 with Fortress in the grave and do the magic from there). I can understand why the Shaddoll build is popular, but unless you're playing against decks like BA, it's practically terrible with the cloggy hands I've been having. The build I made is a bit gimmicky (like adding a single copy of Rank-Up-Magic Argent Chaos Force, which not only acts like a discard folder and can be retrieved via its effect, but also allows me to make the Rank 11 and kill my opponent from there), but I've really had fun playing it. My only problem is that I don't want to pay a crapton of money over 3 Night Express Knight when it's not even legal in the US. Maybe it'll get reprinted in the upcoming Dragons of Legend?

Alintheayoh 7:03 this bit always confused me. Is there an official ruling somewhere I can't seem to find one. I hear people say limiter removals a lingering effect that sticks to Dora and takes him with it regardless of him activating his protection effect anytime after its resolution; and I've heard from people like you say that he can survive it. On ygopro they seem to go with the (once dora's limits have been removed there is no reattaching them) idea so Dora just stays effected by limiter removal and dies on the program. I really want some sort of answer on this one is there anyway to just ship it to konami and hope to get an official ruling.

This deck should be playing pot of desires. All the combo pieces are at three. One thing to consider is kaijuu in the deck. slumber is a free lvl 10 + dark hole, and discard fodder. Lol at all the people wanting express. We're getting it this weekend, calm down.

Any insight on why you don't play El Shaddoll Fusion? You can trigger Revolving Switchyard with it on your opponent's turn if you summon Shekhinaga.

did you try the exceed thing with 5000 atk? it's effekt is great to finish it because it pops all spells and traps from your opponent and he can't do anything about it ( also a machine for the limiter )

Nah fam Night Express Night confirmed for Dragons of Legend 3 homie. The Deck is practically staplish as every build uses it (hopefully Shaddolls get Legacy Support)and is quite nice. Also, anyone reading to comment, Will forgot to mention Number 77:The Seven Sins cant use its effect if you summon it via its other summoning condition. Great deck overall. I noticed BA hates playing against Trains and won a few Matches on DevPro play em and PK Fire.

You can use the effect of ruffian railcar to inflict 500 damage to the opponent when you special summon it with revolving switchyard

You can still destroy monsters in battle in that turn, so not worth it. The only time that burn effect should even be considered is if you end up going first and have a largely dead hand with no other plays off of your normal.

and if you use limiter removal on super dora and then use its effect it still gets destroyed becouse limiter removal puts a mendatory condition on the monsters, it isn't an effect

i would take a Maxx out for a planet path finder. getting to switchyard is that impotent. i'm also a sucker for otk with gustav max by smashing for 2000 with his effect and limiter to do the opponent in for that extra 6000.

I'm just gonna ask here because why not. I was playing around with shaddoll trains and I found that I enjoyed pure trains much more and I found them to be much better (when I was playing them at least). I found the pure build to be much more consistent than shaddoll trains and I'm hearing all the praise that the ddoll variant of the deck get but I don't see it. Am I doing something wrong? Is there something I'm missing or am I just an idiot? Also I'd like to know if its worth playing pure trains in the current meta or if I should try out a new deck (that's affordable preferably) and stick to that.
