Hey Expiry, im a warrior player and i had some issues with a spriest. That guy was prob full tier2 or 3 idk exactly rn. I got rank 10 stuff atm. Anyway do you or someone else have some tips for a warrior against a spriest, besides that i should bank rage for the shield. The dmg income was quite high and it was nearly impossible for me to even thread him a little bit without my cd´s. Thx for your help.

Yo! If you don't have your CDs you'll definitely be at a disadvantage. Use intercept to interrupt mindblast casts. If they drop shadowform to heal, save interrupt and burst. Interrupt as much as you can. Don't let them get range on you, use grenades. You can either try to damage through shield, or switch to defensive and chip away at it. Mortal Strike is great to use when they pop Vampiric Embrace. Watch your health and use Health Pots or FAPs to avoid stuns. Pay attention to the Inner Fire buff on priest, you'll deal more damage when it's gone (it goes away just from hitting them). Priests do to OOM, you can outlast them potentially. Recklessness is your biggest win condition. Overall its a challenging matchup for a warrior, but you can definitely outplay a Shadow Priest in a 1v1 and win! Good luck, hope this helps! :D

If you've kept spamming Mindflay instead of trying to land a mindblast on that warrior he would've been dead sooner and you wouldn't have died.

I am honestly astounded that u managed to die even 1 time as a r13 sp vs a pve spec war lol. The fact that u are lipping here just makes u look like a bad player tbh

Definitely played these pretty bad, it was fun in any case and warrs aren't terrible against shadow priest if they have their CDs since they stick on you and you have to tank/kill them before they kill you. I'd still say spriest is favored in the matchup highly. Hopefully some more skilled content will be on the way regarding PvP sir :).

@@ExpiryTV As long as you have the powerword shield on the warrior gets no rage from hitting u. Its cat and mouse game where warrior wants to save rage for breaking shield when u pop it and u ideally want to pop it when their rage is 0, but with your gear you should just be melting them anyway.

@@joshuabrant3487 True, I wish Classic had a better PvP system where you could practice instead of running into random wPvP (which this video was) or BGs with sweaty premades. In any case, the lesson shall be remembered!

@@ExpiryTV I know what u mean,the premades can be so overwhelming with consume spam u don't learn anything from losing.
