I think black rose will be very hard to nerf healthily The most op part of blackrose is how cheaply it can reach 9. Black rose has all the upside of shapeshifter smolder/briar where 1 5-cost can be a free level 9 AND it also has the potential to roll on 8 unlike shapeshifter. Heimer nerf, garen nerf, malz nerf, 4/5 blackrose nerf, maybe a hit to LB but not needed.

Shred from abilities is only 20%, shred from items is 30%. That 10% MR difference is a lot of damage when you have a full AP comp, especially when Sentinel is such a common late game frontline
