Now that we got the dupe I'll try her out some more, especially on my mini. I'm pretty set right now on my main with r3 Chavez and Kushala as my primary Serpent counters and I just took Sassy and Kindred to r3 after the cyber deals. Oh and also pulled Spiral from a Titan nexus. On the mini I've usually been bringing either 6* r4 Chavez or 7* r2 Wolf to war

I’ve found that going for an sp2 first then doing sp1’s in low buff matchups like that Cap Marvel fight is faster than starting with sp1 rotation

I've heard other people say this as well but I don't understand why it would be faster. The furies only last for the duration of her SP2 and the wither doesn't do anything for her damage output.

@simula67 the extra power gain from having the wither lets her build specials faster. Its worth trying out, I made sure to do another test before I commented and I believe the times were 49 seconds on Cap Marvel and 54 seconds on WS with some bad rng on that fight

I’m so mad at the mystic class right now… I have R3 awakened Kushala and Juggs at R3, Wong, Sassy and Destroyer at R2 and during this holiday event I pulled Spiral, Isophyne (+ dupe), Werewolf by Night, White Tiger and Purgatory!!! Still no America!!! 😭 I seriously don’t know who to rank up… I took Isophyne to R2 but I’m utterly spoiled for choice right now 😂

I love my r3 Isophyne but I do think she has a problem and it's not her fault lol. Her target matches are champs with buff but most the buff heavy cosmics defenders are 6* locked (Ikaris, super skrull, annihilus, Hulkling) and other champs are either immune to nullify (redskull, omega sent, Galan) or just using passives. Plus we only ever see two cosmics on defense. Serpent and Maestro. I feel once we see more buff reliant defenders that don't counter what she does on attack she'll fit better into her role as a buff killer.

They are both good and serve different purposes so depending on what modes you're focused on, I'd recommend taking a look at what utility you're missing in your roster. Isophyne excels at buff removal, while Purgatory excels at buff prevention.
