I would say that r30s have lost their value, but it also depends a little on the brawlers that you push, for example, in my opinion, nowadays a rank 30 Frank in showdown has much more value than a rank 30 shelly. Cordelius is very dirty, he needs a nerf. Try to play at night between 1am and 6am to avoid facing 9 Cordelius per match, but that doesn't make any difference in some games, I think. Good luck with your push bro!
