In the end Clove isn't as versatile as Omen even in competitive. You cannot entry without ult, and your smoke range is a lot lower than other agents. On attack you'll struggle if you have a scared team. As Omen you can smoke blind TP ult and enjoy a lot more versatility as a lurker; 2,3 entry; flanker etc.

I don’t generally like to compare agents with different play styles and goals because they aim to accomplish different things, but in terms of smokes yes Omen can do basically anything he wants with his with the way it works Clove is a support Omen is a pseudo entry So they do different things well
