Going E is actually good. Many high elo ksante players go E level 1 first, especially in Jax matchup. Think about it, if ksante starts Q and tries to Q jax, jax will just walk up, counterstrike and beat his ass. If ksante starts E, he can at least get out of counterstrike range. To add on, Ksante will never have lv2 priority over jax if the jax knows how to play. And having E level 1 against a level 2 jax is much better than having Q level 1.
