I don't always agree with Hecz. But he is 100% right on the sniper issue. It literally does bring in new viewers. I am one. Please take no offense but all of the pro and semi pro players need to remember that first time they saw those sniper clips. I started watching Cdl late during MWII 2022. And I was hooked watching him and others amazing clips just before it was GA'd. This should not be even on the table for GA's. When the Jackel is in ranked.

Pros usually don't get shadow banned because they don't play pubs against limbless dads who accuse everyone who shoots back, you don't get spam reported in private matches. Also the ones that do play pubs have got sent to the shadows, Beans got shadow banned the day the game dropped and agian since. Shotzzy was shadow banned last year. Parasite/havok are constantly getting it. I play with a guy who I've played cod with for 10 years and he has a 1.4KD this game, he's already been shadow banned in bo6 and we both of us were last year. It would blow your mind how bad 80% of players in these shadow ban lobbies are, no lie it was easier to go on streaks than regular SBMM, every 5-6 games you'd come across an obvious hacker in shadow ban lobbies. The system is absolutely broken but I don't trust them to outright ban people either so best we'll get. Anyone who thinks only cheaters get shadow banned haven't played enough pubs against limbless freaks, it's completely based off reports. All automated after 3 days or 7 days you're unbanned, no inbetween because accounts aren't actually being looked into and manually signed off, if they were everyone wouldn't be getting unbanned exactly on the 7 day mark would be randomly whenever an employee looked into your account and signed off. A developer of Riots vanguard just commented on it this week thar they overly rely on AI detection tools causing all these false detects and they know that its not very accurate which is why they have to have the shadow system but because they aren't confident in their detection they will only actually ban very obvious cases so people who are cheating get left through with the rest of the shadow bans. I'd love to know what the % of people who are shadow banned get unbanned - I'm convinced it's ridiculously high because I knoe I'm just not good enough to be getting accused of cheating and getting shadow banned twice.

Idk solo sometimes is better than good squad .. idk why but I’ll have good team win 5 in row than we get 3 hacker games.
