Ok... It would be great to show at the end the load order for the kids in the room. The weather, grass and trees mods (made by the same person) are such addons that require at least 8GB VRAM to run smoothly on High and MAX graphical settings under 1080p. For 1440p you will need at least 10GB VRAM. IDK about 4k as I play in 1440p maxed. The brutal traffic, be that cool and all has its limitations due to how the AI works in the game. If there is a traffic accident, you better believe it, your session is over. You will be stuck in for more than 2 hours real time. The AI has the same level of intelligence as the bellow average C-D road idiot. Thus, the Kaas version is the better choice of the two.
