The New Yorker sounded the best, but I might scrape off the ricotta and give it to my husband. Really, I would just like a regular Pepperoni pizza better or Hawaiian pizza with Canadian Bacon, Pineapple, Brown Sugar and shredded Mozarella Cheese! I am very simple when it comes to pizza . . .

I made pizza and the key is evenly spreading sauce and cheese. They need to get sauce closer to the edge so it doesn't have so much doughy crust

I just got off the Sun Princess. Alfredo's served me the best pizza I've ever had in my life. It was the 4 cheese one. Even though the pizza came out to me uncut, it was still the best. I almost fainted!

Have you ever had pizza at Via Napoli in Epcot? I’ve had their four-cheese pizza twice. That changed my life. I swore i would never eat pizza anywhere else. The crust is a revelation!

On my last Princess cruise and in Alfredo's I made a great discovery. Your not limited to the menu. I ordered the vegetarian and had the peperoni added. No problem. It was great and I will be ordering again soon.

Fresh from the oven pizza on Celebrity Edge Class ships was excellent thin crust style. Simple ingredients, and flavorful dough. Did not taste like chemicals or commerical pizza.

I love Alfredo's and not just for the pizza. Princess, IMHO, was very smart to introduce Alfredo's for free at first just to see how it would be accepted. Once they found out, it became a minimal charge. I still will go there. We will be on the Grand twice in the next year and curious to know if the menu changed any for the better or if it was just on the Sun. Unfortunately, we will be on the Island for a very long trip (54 days) and no Alfredos. Boohoo.! Thanks for sharing :)

Yeah!! That is my friend, Tony Gemignani!! He is an international pizza icon, and an amazing guy!! We were so excited when he told us last spring- when he heard we were cruisers- that he was discussing a partnership with Princess. We have a Princess cruise scheduled in april, so we cant wait to have Tony's at Sea!! (Although watch for his 100+ Slice House Pizza restaurant franchises popping up all over the US)

Our favorite Princess Pizza is the Pepperoni from Slice on the Lido deck!!! Connie is a Pepperoni purist, and we like the crust on the Slice Pizza better than any of the Alfredo's Pizza.

I would love to try Tony G's (as you call him) New Yorker Pizza on Princess. I went to high school with Tony Gemignani back in the day. I worked at the same pizza restaurant with Tony when he started his career. I excited to go on my next Princess Cruise in July 2025 just to try his creations. For now, I guess I will just visit one of his Las Vegas restaurant locations. His creations don't disappoint!

Hi Tony. First, the pronunciation of mozzarella depends if you say it with an Italian accent or not 😅. I think I'm with you in the choice of pizza ranking, at least #1 and 2. I would have ranked my pizza choices almost the same as you; Tony… but I would have swapped the Hot Sopressata with the Veggie Pesto Pizza. That’s just me though… and I’m happy that you ranked CalItalia on top. I love Blue Cheese… from all countries & regions! Team Sticky Cheese; plus all the other flavors sound amazing ❤️🍕

Honestly unless it’s a Southside Chicago thin crust I keep my pizza simple, only cheese or maybe once in a while I’ll have pepperoni. I’m just not really a big fan of all the other toppings so the Lifo pizza probably would be suit me just fine.

I'm curious with all your traveling if you ever came across any Brazilian style pizza particularly Pizza including the Catupiri cheese? I would be very curious to know your thoughts on it if you have tried it and if you haven't keep an eye out for it and try it and then comment how you liked it because it is probably the most popular topping in Brazil and probably the most unique tasting compared to traditional pizza toppings.

Alfredo's on ALL Princess ships used to be free. Last year they started charging and fortunately for us, the Alfredo's became empty with no long lines to get in. The pizzas are pretty good. Last sailing was July on Royal so not sure I remember these recipes. Find out in December when we sail Santiago to Buenos Aires.

Cool, I haven't been on a Princess ship that has Alfredo's yet. I've been pretty happy with Slice on the Lido, so trying it on the Sky Princess some years later should be really good.

Due both of us being dairy free diets, we have cheese free pizzas. We do get some strange looks and once on a Princess ship, Slice refused to make us a whole pizza without cheese, and on another occasion we got served one with just tomato sauce, nothing else on it just the tomato sauce base ! However favourite has to be a meat feast with pineapple.

The simpler the ingredients on a pizza the better, IMO. Plain cheese, pepperoni, veggie or bianco are the best. The New Yorker looked the best out of the new choices.

The down side to the the 5 Tony G pizzas is they charge extra for them. They are not included in the plus and premier package casual dining. 12.50 for those period.

Always like to see what other cruise lines besides RCI are offering. After looking at all of the pizzas here, I have to say I rank them all as a hard pass. They look really bad to me. If offered for free, I would not want any. The toppings they are using are very inventive, but the actual appearance of them is terrible.
