Omg the heather Austin palette did the same thing to me as far as makeup. I had already acquired a couple indie makeup items but once I picked up the heather Austin palette I instantly fell in love and went on an indie binged trying to chase that high that that palette gave me. I’ve found more gems since but the heather Austin palette still reigns queen in my collection. I just picked up a back up recently cuz I know I won’t be able to live without it. It’s also the palette that helped me find your channel and start a love affair with adept lol. Loved this video! Thank you!

I was definitely in love with indie makeup before the Heather Austin X Adept palette but I didn't realize how much until I bought that palette! I had never tried Adept before and that got me.❤

I love to pair the Samarian sunset and the Harvest moon from Ensley Reign together, they are the perfect match ! Sometimes the Arrow Inspired is added with those two, and I have inspiration for months 😊❤

I have Samaritan Sunset, Element 115, Arrow inspired, Ahmunet, Minka and Amy Loves. My favorite palette is Amy Loves. That palette stole my ❤

Absolutely love this brand I have to dip into them more even just for a shimmer, I have to just treat them as singles because i actually dip into my Devinah singles most of the time. Thanks for sharing your ranking.

I have no problem brands want improve older palettes but I think it be nice they give a little extra discount for people who already bought the first one. I have some older palettes that the shimmers don’t even work and when I say old they not that old.💜🌈💜

That is such a great idea!! I actually love mixing them! The Heather Austin palette is my most used and mixed palette. I think I should have put that one first 😆 I feel like the newer formulas are better though. I would mix my palettes up if I didn't create content with them!

I do not have Kodanne and House of El, I hope they restock the House of El. How I rank the ones I own. I use Sumerian Sunset and La Cienega so much. 1. Sumerian Sunset 2. La Cienega 3. Amyloves 4. I feel like this is justified as first place because mattes you might be able to pull from your existing palettes but the specific cromes not so much 😅

Hi, there! I wish you can explain me better what do you think about Ninhydrin. I did not understand if you consider the shimmer formula as good as the new ones or if you said that it has an older not that good formula. I mean you have the reformulated version, so I was even more confused with your comments. Does that formula feel like the Samarian Sunset or other of the recent palettes? Are those pigmented or toppery shimmers? Would you compare that formula to Flying Fidles, Samarian, Arrow, Heather's and/or Amy Loves' palettes or is it different and similar to It's Bel Cosmetics Break the Rules or other of their palettes? Thanks.

Ninhydrin has an outdated matte formula. The 2 mattes aren't horrible, but they are not the newest matte formula. The shimmers are great quality. The shimmers are extremely pigmented, sparkly, and shifty. The shimmers remind me of the OG Heather Austin formula. Hope that helps.

@@brittanyrae_beauty Thanks for replying! I see that what you don't like are the shade's colors. Right? So, you have the OG Heather's palette? I bought mine last year. How is different from that one? I do not know how it would feel. Regarding It's Bel formula it is supposed to be like the OG Plain Jane and OG Ninhydrin palettes. I don't like that formula. It feels like oil and you can see the oil in the actual palette "cardboard". By the way, you didn't rank Minka.

@@caucholee268 I love all my Adept palettes from number 10 to number 1. There is not one in my collection that I dislike. I decluttered all the Adept palettes that I didn't like. That is why I didn't rank Minka, bc I decluttered that palette & no longer have it. Ninhydrin ranked lower bc I do not reach for the colorful shimmers often enough to put it any higher in the ranking. It is hard to compare the palette without comparing each shade. Adept palettes have multiple textures in each palette. Some shimmers do feel oily but not in a bad way.

@@brittanyrae_beauty OMG! That is good to know, because I didn't know if Minka was good or not. Last question. Does the Ninhydrin shimmer formula feel oily? I was wondering if it feels similar to the touch as the other you mentioned.
