Fastest car in terms of top speed is viper just keep the transmission stock and it can go 420+ (Edit: i tried another time and i went 289 mph roughly 465-467 kmh and then i bugget out of the map and it maxed out on 315 mph/504kmh)

According to me 1. Dodge Viper can hit 508 kmph if it had stock transmission and junkman parts. But you also need unlimited nitro of course. 2. Ford GT, the same thing but unlimited nitro is not required. It could reach 426 3. BMW M3 GTR with junkman parts Reaches 420, you need to change the game file or have to use mod 4. Murchielago, reaches 398 easily.

you don't need mod or glitches to reach 300mph in the viper I can do it without any of that.

Lamborghini Murcielago Junkman reaches 390km/h easily without nitrus. Acceleration is brutal.

do you use extra options??? if so then an option in there called NoRevLimiter makes all the cars in the game have a higher top speed. i have clocked in at 436 km/h with the BMW M3 GTR with that option enabled

Which race map is this? Also Cobalt SS max tuned + junkman could go more than 400 km/h, not sure if you actually used the junkman parts on it

Blacklist racers or burger king challenge in the challenge series through a combination of inputs in the start button screen, you can look up the combination, there are several ones, it was with d pad afair.
