We've ALL Been Whipped By A String Launcher. Man Does It Sting. Edit: This is easily my most replied comment. Every other week I get some reply and I gotta say, that’s pretty funny. Anyway to address a few things: 1. People who say “I just fight through the pain” Honestly, props to you. That’s hardcore 2. People who say “Just hold onto the string” from what I’ve heard, that decreases the durability of your launcher and I also don’t like how it feels after years of launching without holding the string. Don’t do what the characters do in the anime, that’s probably not how you want to launch if you want your launchers to last 3. People saying they don’t have a string launcher. Damn I’m sorry I forgot about you folks. On the plus side, at least you’ve never been whipped by it And I honestly don’t get whipped by it myself considering I have a launcher grip. I guess me from 3 years ago just thought this was a cool and relatable comment to make for those KZbin likes

My favorite is the long winded since I don’t have the revive Phoenix launcher and because the ripcord doesn’t lost power. On the string launchers, you can only pull a certain length while the long winders you don’t have a limit which gives you more power

12/2020: Good list, agree with most. One thing to pay attention to is how many turns the launcher makes over a given distance...say 12 inches. (or less in some cases.) For instance dual threat will make 7 revolutions over the same distance the new spark launchers will do 11! Some are geared higher or lower than others.

Noah, I know how to fix the problem of how when you launch the normal string and it hits your hand and we have the same problem. After launching you should wait for a small amount of time, then release the string. This has solved my problem.
