I just pause your video and re-listened. Once add one minute and 49 seconds you say that café corner did not come with any mini fix which is 100% incorrect. I’m not sure why you would say that just a point of correction.

Whoops, you are correct. I guess these are the things that get lost when you don't get the set in a box

I like that the assembly square has architecture from the modulars before it
@BricksnBits-gm4iw Жыл бұрын
True, i forgot to mention that fun fact about it
@kingtiger332Ай бұрын
in my opinion, the best modular are the police station and the brick bank coz they're two modular which are actually linked... one has the billboard for 'soap n suds' and one has Soap n Suds 😁

I was thinking of going for the Assembly square because of the interior, but maybe too advanced. As a started what would you go for? I like the boutique hotel , the bookshop too, but realy they all look so good.

NIce! If you should group/combine the modulars due to time period, which ones and how would you do that? Need tips. Thanks!
@TonyStark-uu9us Жыл бұрын
You are correct, Diner IS the greatest modular ever. Boutique Hotel is second and currently Assembly Sq third.

you are the only one who put market street in top 3 out of 40 youtuber who ranked the modulars ...looool

I get it, it's not the nicest one visually but it has personal meaning to me which more often than not is the strongest argument

Fun fact: The chinese replica / knock-off of the police station includes a car.

I love your video, my favourite is the Diner too. I love the cinema but the stickers bugged me too. I ended up getting printed piece for that one from Steindrucker in Germany.

Goes to show that it's ok to acknowledge how Lego sets can age poorly. Good picks though 🙃

When one judges something, it should be judged for what it was at the time it was created, and not what it could have been now with new building techniques and all. It’s unfair and not accurate.
@unlockingsnow738 ай бұрын
I'd argue that's also unfair on newer products or services. Being able to do new techniques or having a decorated interior was part of the idea that they could do something better than the previous. Items should be rated on what they are compared to something else. If one has an interior and the other doesn't...that's justified.

I own every building except Cafe corner, green grocer and market street. I've only built the ones including and after parisian restaurant. I value the sets too much to build them so I keep them sealed. My personal favorite is Brick bank because of how perfectly replicated the art deco architecture is legofied. Least favorite is the bookshop/pet shop because they're meh. Excited about the new museum so I can place it back to back with assembly square.
