I believe the factory tour dream where you dunk your miis in the paint is showing the process of making the mii-shaped erasers that are seen in one of the mii news headlines. It looks like just about the same thing.

6:27 on the stick figure one, I managed to glitch the body and either put the cube at the same place of the head or make an hourglass body figure by shaking the mii around a little 17:17 I used to not care that much about this dream when I was younger, but now I feel bad for the mii behing there (my own mii was dreaming it once). All the other miis seems to have figured out how their country work and are happy about it while the mii in the middle feels left out and ashamed because they have difficulties managing their countries

Actually the training dream from tomodachi life with the pepper, energy drink and spinach. The spinach in the europian version isn't really a reference to anything. Let's say it's just we get told as kids that if you eat spinach you become strong, so yeah that's why they added that.
