So many brands killed it this last year (2023 too). I haven't passed on any palettes from Nomad, Ensley, or Fantasy Cosmetica. I picked up most of the palettes from Blend Bunny, Bellabeautebar, Natasha Denona, Cosmic Brushes, Simply Posh, Gourmande, etc. It was so hard to pass on anything. But because I've bought so much i have a really nice collection of stunning palettes. So this year I'm trying to be picky. It's interesting to watch rankings and every time i still think, no way could I rank my palettes. 😂 Way too many good ones. Id have like 75 palettes in my top 10, and that math just doesn't work. 😂😂

I love the eye look, but then I'm also a red eyeshadow girl. I need to get the just a taste palette but i was trying to slow down on buying palettes. It'll be mine sometime, just waiting for now. We have similar taste in brands & shadows

I have Amy loves palette and feel very disappointed. The mattes are al dark shady and they were patchy on me. The quality of Adept shimmers are good but for how expensive they’re the quality of the mattes should be amazing. There are so many brands same price or cheaper with better quality on both, shimmers and mattes

Their 20 pans are always limited edition, so when it sells out, that’s it. You might find it second hand, and I have occasionally stalked the product page and caught a handful of surplus palettes dropping, but it’s been almost a year now….

what makes you think they owe you something? If you really want to promote a brand buy from them. Just because you are on KZbin does not mean you are entitled to anything. Grow up and promote small businesses with your wallet.

I never said they owed me anything other than a reply which is common courtesy. Clearly you missed the video because I buy 99% of my palettes with my own money. Grow up and don't be rude.

I think she addressed it beautifully. And she's right. At the end of the day, they are a business. If you're going to run a business, you have to run the business. It's so unprofessional to just ignore emails. It's not a good look. If they didn't want to work with her for whatever reason, all they had to do was respond that they aren't interested. There isn't a wrong or right answer, but brands should at least respond. That being said, she still said how good the palettes are. She wasn't disrespectful at all. And we get to choose where we put our dollars. I don't purchase from brands who ignore their customer emails either. It's unprofessional. The only disrespect I see is you rudely responding while saying that she is the one who needs to grow up. 🤣

Wow, that is rudely put. The point missed by comment above is this, when a creator is trying to work with a brand they aren’t a “customer” at that point, they are basically a job applicant. Not sure on your experience but 99.9% of prospective employers simply do not call/email applicants they aren’t moving into interview process with. I don’t feel it is unprofessional to not respond to an unsolicited job application.
