For me, the beginning of Rekka is pretty promising but it fell flat on the chorus. I was expecting it to be more explosive, or at least full of energy/fierceness. Well, my expectation is indeed caused by the tone of An's event, so the chorus being pretty calm is honestly doesn't sit well with me.

Tbh, even though I love Kashika because its message and Akito voice in it (yes I'm pretty biased), the first time I hear the song it felt jarring to hear the chorus because the sudden high note. After seeing the lyrics and understanding what this song want to convey, I started to enjoy the explosive emotion Akito has in those highnotes and it became one of my favorite VBS songs!

For the rankings I want to talk about the most is blender, ready steady, beyond the way, doctor funk beat and yobanashi decieve. Blender is such a perfect slow jazzy song thats feels like Utsuro wo Agou done right. But ready steady and beyond the way make me wish I stopped hearing. Especially ready steady. Your ranking is quite unique, imo. VBS is my favorite group, I truly love probably 80% of their song that I can't refute your higher rankings even though I wish some of my fav covers/comissions was ranked higher. I really love Dr. Funk Beat. I don't know why many people hate it, and all this time I thought I am the weird one lol. But I love Garando, Aun no Beats, Hitsuji ga Ippiki, and YY too much that I would rank those higher. And this is THE FIRST TIME I've ever heard someone the like the beginning of Awake Now!!! (Which starts with Akito's voice, haha) So many people complaining how Akito's voice there doesn't fit with the others, but for me it was a nice creative choice to make the song having more layers and not boring! Definitely one of my favorite part aside from An's! And I actually quite sad to see 3 of Toya's comms, Kashika, and Yobanashi Deceive to be ranked that low. I do understand how Kashika is quite jarring at first listen because the high note of the chorus, but I started to like it after understanding the lyrics and how it connect to how he sings the song. Toya's comms, in other hand... I don't really get the hate on Mirai, because it is a pretty cute song and energetic in Toya's way. It probably isn't as good as other comms/covers, I do admit. Utsuro wo Aogu is really good, I really like the part with their names, the girl's part (korega identity baimei city~), and their harmonization. I just feel Kaito's tuning bringing the song down a little bit and it would be better if Toya's the one who start the song. Blender... Is a song that I love on the first listen, honestly. I love the harmonization (again) and the jazz. This is the first time VBS ever had this genre of song so it's a nice experiment! And it fits Toya's condition at said event! (I always associates Toya with a hint of calmness, opposite of Akito who is bursting with energy). Yobanashi Deceive!! Ahh the song is my top 5 of all Kagerou Project songs, and I love Kano. I think Akito's voice truly fits the song (and Kano's personality on the song, too). I could see Yobanashi Deceive being lower than other songs but it's still have its charm to not be the lowest :") Sorry to rant on your comment section :D Nice ranking though, it's nice to see a different VBS song ranking

It doesn't affect me much. I'd still listen to the songs you dislike regardless. It's not hurting anyone. Gonna rant with Toya's comms and vocals... Mirai, no matter how many times i listen to it, i cannot get myself to like it... Utsuro, it's honestly Kaito. I love Kaito, but his tuning didn't feel right in that song at all. To the point that i cannot listen to it unless it's Toya's alt vocals. Blender had it's hype because it's been so long since a Toya comm and a Toya focus. I personally would put it in my top 3 with Beyond the Way and Aunnobeats. RAD DOGS was my former number 2, now it's just at number 4. I love RAD DOGS so much. The card set, amazing. The instrumental, amazing. The MV, amazing. Miku's tuning was enjoyable.
